What the platform does
When a customer brings their vehicle in, the team opens a digital job card and starts tracking the visit. The car moves through inspection, service, and sign-off — and the customer can see exactly where their vehicle is in real time: received, being worked on, or ready to pick up.
Once the work is done, invoices and quotations are generated digitally. Customers receive them by email or SMS and can sign off without paperwork.
The platform also handles automated follow-up reminders — for example, sending a service reminder 30 days after an oil change — so the garage stays connected with customers long after the visit ends.
